The Belline Law Firm, LLC is an Atlanta based boutique law firm that focuses our practice in complex immigration matters involving removal defense, family matters, and humanitarian-based immigration cases. We also provide legal services for family and custody matters, criminal defense and post-conviction relief, and select civil cases. Formerly known as The Law Office of Peter R. Hill, P.C., in March 2018, Attorney Marguerite Belline acquired Mr. Hill’s law practice upon his semi-retirement from the practice of law and move to Seattle, Washington. Mr. Hill remains a part of The Belline Law Firm as the “Of Counsel” Attorney. A member of the State Bar of Georgia since 2007, Ms. Belline is uniquely qualified to handle these areas of law, particularly as the areas of criminal and immigration law commonly intersect.
