Leslie Jones

Leslie Jones has practiced law since 1980. She graduated from the University of Virginia School of Law, and started her career as a law clerk for the Honorable William C. O'Kelley of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. She obtained her undergraduate degree in political science from the University of Florida, where she was second in her class. Leslie has over two decades of experience in transactional business matters, including mergers and acquisitions, executive employment agreements, corporate governance, business contracts and software and patent licensing, with an emphasis in the health care industry. Notable representations include: * Representation of start-up software supplier located in Portland, Oregon; * Representation of chief operating officer in sale of a public company in Pennsylvania to multi-national corporation in $5 billion transaction; * Representation of Texas disease management company in $35 million sale to billion dollar corporation; * Representation of the largest national supplier of integration software for the health care industry; * Representation of large national chain of mental health care facilities; * Representation of national manufacturer of respiratory equipment and supplies in takeover bid and subsequent sale to white knight; and * Representation of large national supplier of health care goods and services.
