BreAnna S. Smith is an associate at Lee, Cossell and Crowley, LLP. Her practice is focused on civil litigation, wrongful death, personal injury, expungements and domestic & civil mediation.
Ms. Smith received her Bachelor of Arts in Law & Society from Purdue University. In college, Ms. Smith was an All-American Athlete, served as the Team Captain of the Varsity Purdue Women’s Track and Field Team, and served as an executive member of the Purdue Student Union Board.
Ms. Smith received her J.D. and Certificate in Civil & Human Rights from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. In law school, Ms. Smith was a research assistant for faculty members and the treasurer for the Sports & Entertainment Law Society.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Smith served as an Appellate Court Extern for Judge, Terry A. Crone in the Indiana Court of Appeals, an Appellate Court Intern for Judge Ezra Friedlander in the Indiana Court of Appeals, a legal clerk in the General Counsel’s Office at the National Collegiate Athletic Association, and a legal extern for the National Collegiate Athletic Association.
Ms. Smith is currently a member of Indianapolis Bar Association, Indiana State Bar Association, Marion County Bar Association, National Bar Association, Purdue Alumni Association. She received recognition from the International Council of Purdue Women.
