Ms. Raley focuses on complex and general civil litigation, including matters of personal injury, employment law, commercial law, insurance defense and attorney malpractice defense. Ms. Raley is an associate at Ellis, Coleman, Poirier, LaVoie & Steinheimer, LLP, who joined the firm in May 2008. She previously was an associate for several years at a respected insurance defense firm and most recently a partner at a Sacramento firm specializing in insurance defense and civil litigation. Her past legal experience has included a wide variety of cases in the areas of personal injury (first and third party matters), wrongful death, employment discrimination and sexual harassment, products liability and construction defects. Ms. Raley has handled matters ranging in value from $1,000 to $10,000,000. She has arbitrated and mediated hundreds of cases and successfully tried matters for both plaintiffs and defendants as well. Her current practice focuses as general civil litigation, complex commercial litigation, and professional malpractice defense (primarily on behalf of lawyers).
