Carole Levitt, Esq. Carole is the President of Internet For Lawyers (IFL), an Internet research CLE seminar and training company. Ms. Levitt is a nationally recognized speaker who has presented at: the ABA Tech Show; numerous ABA and State Bar annual meetings; and hundreds of other state and local bar associations, companies, and law firms. She is co-author of two books: The Lawyer’s Guide to Fact Finding on the Internet which is published by the A.B.A.'s Law Practice Management (LPM) section and The Cybersleuth’s Guide to the Internet published by IFL Press. Ms. Levitt also co-edits the Internet Fact Finding For Lawyers newsletter (ALI-ABA) and has authored hundreds of articles about the Internet over the past nine years. Carole practiced law in California and spent many years as a law librarian, focusing on online legal, investigative, and business research. Carole serves on the ABA LPM Executive Council and is co-chair of the LPM Publishing Board's Acquisitions Committee. She is past chair of the California State Bar’s Law Practice Management &Technology Section’s Executive Board and is now a Special Advisor to the Board.
