Thousands of asbestos victims and their families have benefited from Mr. Clack’s litigation experience. Since 1986, he has prepared thousands of cases for trial and is regarded as the preeminent expert on asbestos litigation in Michigan. Among his various responsibilities with the firm, he manages their practice in Michigan and Indiana. He oversees their Michigan Asbestos Bankruptcy Trust claim process which has developed the most extensive database of product identification in The State of Michigan. Because GPW is a real law firm representing thousands of union workers in Michigan, unlike the TV advertiser/out of state lawyers, Mr. Clack has the ability to quickly locate co-worker witnesses at most major industrial worksites throughout the State to help ensure Mesothelioma claims are maximized and approved promptly with all appropriate Asbestos Bankruptcy Trusts. Mr. Clack is the Plaintiffs’ Representative on the Wayne County Circuit Court Steering Committee.
