Arnold W. Schwartz, was born in Brooklyn, New York on August 9, 1945. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 1974. He served on active duty in the United States Army from 1968 through 1970. After graduating from law school, Mr. Schwartz spent seven years as a defense lawyer representing major corporations. In 1982, he joined the plaintiffs' bar and has since specialized in representing plaintiffs on a contingency basis in employment discrimination, major personal injury, product liability, including drug product liability, insurance bad faith, business litigation and professional liability cases. More recently, he has specialized in representing employees and consumers in major class actions.
