I have served as judge for almost 15 years. Twelve of these years was as District Judge of the 340th District of Texas. After my retirement I served as visiting judge from January 2001 until October 2003 in El Paso. I am now devoting my practice to mediation. Further, since January 2001 I have conducted about 12 mediations which resulted in settlements.
