Andrew Jordan

With over 40 years practice as both barrister and solicitor, Andrew is one of the most senior and experienced family law practitioners in Adelaide.
Andrew is known for his expertise in Adelaide’s most complex property settlement and spousal maintenance matters involving significant assets, complex corporate and trust structures, and complicated legal matters.
Andrew is one of the only family law solicitors with extensive courtroom experience that rivals his peers and he often represents his clients as both barrister and solicitor. Andrew also regularly accepts briefs from other solicitors and is a fully qualified Arbitrator and member of AIFLAM.

Scott is a Family Law specialist. He is known for his expertise in all aspects of Family Law; including complex matrimonial property disputes, Financial Agreements and difficult parenting issues that arise from the breakdown of relationships. He has a strong focus of working with clients to ensure they achieve their desired outcomes. Away from the office Scott is a married father of two whose pastimes includes cycling, red wine (in that order) and trying to convince his children that he’s more fun to hang around with than their friends

Rachel Sinclair

Rachel is our Wills & Estates specialist who also practices in Family Law. This combination allows Rachel to provide her clients with a well-rounded insight to both areas of law as the issues regularly interact.
With experience in all aspects of Estate and Succession Planning, Rachel’s friendly and comprehensive approach to her estate matters leaves her clients full of confidence. Rachel advises on and prepares Wills, Testamentary Trusts, Enduring Powers of Attorney, Advance Care Directives, Superannuation Death Benefit Nominations and Letters of Wishes. Rachel regularly assists small-medium business owners, farming families and clients with blended or complex family dynamics. She also specialises in deceased estate administration including applications for Probate and Letters of Administration as well as complex and contested estates.
Rachel has over 10 years experience practicing in all facets of Family Law including property settlement, children’s matters, Binding Financial Agreements and Spousal Maintenance. As a qualified mediator, Rachel’s approach is to avoid litigation when helping her clients navigate through a family or relationship breakdown. Rachel has extensive court experience should that be the path required, however not one of her litigious matters has ever proceeded all the way to a completed trial – a record that Rachel is very proud of. Rachel’s psychology background and life outside of the office as a mother of 2 gorgeous little people (as she describes them), allows her to provide the practical advice to separating couples and families that is invaluable.
