Betsy Branch

Betsy Branch is the founder and principal attorney of The Branch Law Firm, PLLC, a divorce and estate planning firm in Rockwall. Having practiced law for nearly 30 years, Betsy is highly experienced in virtually all aspects of family law. Her own family went through a divorce when she was very young, and she understands the issues and stresses both parents and children face during these difficult times. She is committed to providing every client with personalized legal counsel that aims at achieving their unique goals.

Betsy is currently the only female attorney in Rockwall who is Board Certified in Family Law by the Texas Board of legal specialization. This is a rare distinction held by less than 900 attorneys of the 97,000 currently licensed to practice in Texas. She is also certified in Alternate Dispute Resolution and Family Law Mediation and is adept at resolving divorces through either mediation or litigation through litigation in front of a judge and jury.
