David M. Anderson is a managing partner at Carrigan & Anderson, PLLC. He has dedicated the majority of his legal career to representing policyholders and claimants in the face of underhanded or outright illegal practices by insurance companies to delay or deny valid claims for car accidents.

This is a personal mission for David, as his family’s own Galveston, Texas home was affected by Hurricane Ike in 2008. After witnessing firsthand the challenges faced by policyholders in collecting fair disbursements from their property insurance providers, David went to work at the largest plaintiff’s insurance law firm in Texas. He was involved with thousands of cases at while at the firm, and this gave him a considerable amount of experience and insight into the inner workings of bad faith practices and the rights of policyholders to pursue fair compensation for their claims.
