Practice Areas
Jennifer Brill is an associate with the immigration practice. Jennifer, who is fluent in both French and Spanish, has been practicing law since 1992 and immigration law for more than eight years. She focuses on employment-based immigration on behalf of corporate, business and individual clientele. In addition, Jennifer continues to represent individuals in family immigration marriage cases, fiance visas, waivers, VAWA, naturalization, religious workers, and mandamus federal court actions. She received her juris doctorate degree from DePaul University College of Law in Chicago, Illinois, in 1991. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Michigan in 1987. She studied at the L’Institut d’Etudes Politiques in France from 1985 through 1986, and has also studied Spanish in Central and South America. Jennifer has been a member of the State Bars of California and Illinois since 1992, and is a member of the United States District Court, Northern District of California. She is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyer’s Association, the National Lawyer’s Guild, and is an active board member of the Mission Cultural Center for Latin Arts in San Francisco.
