Mr. Kellogg is certified as an Elder Law Attorney by the National Elder Law Foundation as part of its Charter Class in 1995*. He is a past member of the national Board of Directors of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and a Past President of the Washington State Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. Mr. Kellogg was the Chair of the NAELA Symposium 2000 which was held in Philadelphia, PA.
Mr. Kellogg is an active supporter of the senior community in the South King County area. He sponsors the annual Senior Day picnic in connection with “Renton River Days”, as well as a monthly pro bono legal clinic held at the Renton Senior Center.
Mr. Kellogg is a frequent lecturer on topics related to estate planning and elder law.
Mr. Kellogg received his B.A. in Sociology from Seattle Pacific University, Seattle, Washington, and his graduate degree (J.D.) from Willamette University, Salem, Oregon.
He is admitted to practice before the bars of the following courts: U.S. Supreme Court; Washington State Supreme Court; Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals; Federal District Courts for the Western and Eastern Districts of Washington. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Christian Legal Society, and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.
