Insurance companies want to simply erase the problem as quickly as they can. Their job is to mitigate risk and save their company costs. When one of their clients is at fault in a car accident, especially one that causes an injury, they do everything they can to make the problem go away. This usually ends with the injured party getting a settlement that is far below the amount they need to cover their costs, and even worse, far below the amount that covers all of their damages. You deserve to have justice to the wrong that has been caused to you.
As a personal injury lawyer, I make sure that my clients do not sign away their rights without understanding what their cases are worth. If you are unsure of the value of your case, contact me for an assessment — do not accept an insurance company’s quick settlement. I refuse to let a client of mine be cheated and manipulated by the selfish and unethical intentions of giant insurance companies.
When I began practicing law, I made a conscious decision not to be a large firm. Instead, I wanted my firm to be one where clients worked directly with me — the lawyer handling the case — and not an associate or legal assistant. As a result of my efforts, I have established a reputation for personalized and knowledgeable service.
I am Tulsa attorney Charles Bryan Alred, and I have been practicing law in Oklahoma since 1987. Over the years, I have developed a good rapport with local doctors. For my clients, this means if they don’t already have a doctor, I can help them see the appropriate specialist they may need in order to receive a proper diagnosis and treatment.
Before I became an attorney, I gained a wealth of experience. I grew up on a ranch and took summer jobs working in oil fields. While I was in law school, I was a reservist with the United States Marine Corps. My time in the Marines gave me a better appreciation for people from all walks of life.
My office is conveniently located in Midtown, Tulsa. There is ample parking available, and the office is wheelchair accessible. When necessary, I am more than happy to visit clients in their homes or in hospitals. My clients work directly with me, never an associate or paralegal. Working closely with my clients facilitates my ability to get to know them and understand the challenges they face. In all my years of practicing law, I have never forgotten the “personal” in personal injury.
Even though the office is located in Tulsa, Oklahoma, but we serve clients in Broken Arrow, Jenks, Owasso, Collinsville and Sand Springs.
