We represent clients in personal injury cases on a contingency basis, which means that we take a percentage of the monetary amount we obtain whether through a settlement or verdict. We do not charge attorney fees unless we recover monetary damages through settlement or verdict. We negotiate with claims adjusters regularly; however, if we cannot obtain an acceptable settlement we will file a lawsuit against the negligent party.
