Robert T. Moxley

I became a lawyer to help the people in my community. In 2006, I opened my current firm in Cheyenne to provide personal attention to every client. As a solo practitioner, I handle each client’s case personally. When you bring your case to my law firm, I will listen to your unique concerns and explain how I can help you. I will also evaluate your need for additional services. If necessary, I may either refer you to more appropriate counsel, or enter into a co-counsel arrangement with one of my many colleagues. I have litigated many cases with other counsel, and work well in such arrangements. My practice is devoted to protecting my clients’ rights. If you are facing criminal charges, serious personal injuries or violations of your civil rights, I will put my experience and knowledge to work for you. I am often able to craft creative arguments to achieve my clients’ legal goals, and legal scholarship is one of my significant strengths. I have handled literally hundreds of appeals in the state and federal courts, and before administrative bodies.
