Timothy W. Kelly is a 1978 graduate from University of Dayton School of Law, and was voted by his peers as one of the top three attorneys in McLean County in 1997. He is a Martindale-Hubbell® AV rated attorney, devoting 100% of his practice to litigation. He has obtained record verdicts in two downstate counties. Mr. Kelly has extensive experience in his practice in the areas of personal injury and malpractice. He has been listed in Law & Leading Attorneys for Illinois since 1996.
