Alexis S. Mullaney

Alexis Mullaney is an Associate Attorney handling personal injury, family law, and general litigation cases at Carlson & Burnett, LLP. A native of Omaha, she earned her law degree cum laude from Creighton University School of Law. While in school, she participated in the Moot Court Team and served as president of the Employment & Labor Law Society. She received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Constitutional Law, Social Legislation, Criminal Procedure, and Labor Law. She works closely with firm partners Terry White and Clete Blakeman and devotes 100% of her practice to litigation. She is president of the Omaha Law League.
