Robert Kisselburgh

Robert Kisselburgh has over seventeen years experience in civil litigation at both the trial and appellate levels. Throughout his career, Robert has represented both plaintiffs and defendants, giving him the unique perspective of preparing and understanding both sides of a case. Robert has spoken nationally on aspects of litigation in addition to the use of technology in the courtroom. He has appeared on Good Morning America and CBS Evening News with Dan Rather as well as being profiled in the Wall Street Journal, U.S. News & World Report, Time Magazine, and Texas Lawyer. Robert is licensed to practice law in all courts in Mississippi and Texas, the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Mississippi, the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas, and the U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. Robert received his B.S from Northwestern Oklahoma State University, a M.S. from Texas A&M University-Commerce and his law degree from Southern Methodist University. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Mississippi Bar Association, State Bar of Texas, and Hinds County Bar Association. Robert also has been active in his community by serving his church in many leadership positions, being a leader in the Boy Scouts of America, and a member of Rotary. He has also served as an adjunct professor teaching legal courses.
