Representative Work: • Representation of framing subcontractor in commercial residential construction project. Involvement included defending the framing subcontractor against claims in excess of $500,000. Obtained summary judgment dismissal of claims. • Representation of concrete subcontractor involved in tilt-panel construction in Auburn, Washington. Involvement included defending subcontractor against claims in excess of $500,000. Resulted in favorable defense settlement prior to trial. • Representation of general contractor in residential remodel project. Involvement included defending general contractor against claim for breach of contract and prosecuting claims against subcontractors. All claims settled prior to trial. • Representation of purchasers of waterfront property in southwest, Washington. Involvement included prosecuting breach of contract claim in excess of $1 Million against sellers under the purchase and sale agreement. Resulted in favorable settlement prior to trial. • Pro bono representation of homeless encampment in Woodinville, Washington.
