Jonas Grant

Attorney and counselor at law Jonas M. Grant, sole shareholder of the Law Office of Jonas M. Grant, P.C., is an active member of the State Bars of California and Illinois. Mr. Grant's experience includes work at the home video arm of a major Hollywood studio and at a Beverly Hills talent and literary management and production company, legal counsel to two successful political campaigns, and assisting the Los Angeles, California branches of some of the world's largest law firms with defending high-tech antitrust litigation matters and FTC, DOJ, and SEC investigations on behalf of clients Microsoft, KPMG, Federated Department Stores, and Intel. He earned his law degree at Indiana University School of Law - Bloomington, where he was Managing Editor of the Indiana Journal of Global Legal Studies, earned admission to Delta Theta Phi law fraternity, and was published by the Indiana Law Journal ('Jurassic' Trade Dispute: The Exclusion of the Audiovisual Sector from the GATT, 70 Indiana Law Journal 1333 [1995]). He also has an MBA in finance from Indiana University's Kelley Graduate School of Business. Mr. Grant received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Northwestern University, where he was an active member of Beta Theta Pi fraternity. He is admitted to practice in all California and Illinois state courts and in the United States District Court for the Central District of California, is a member of the Business Law Section of the State Bar of California; is a member of Wealth Counsel, the premiere national estate planning lawyer's organization; and also serves as an attorney fees arbitrator for the San Fernando Valley Bar Association.
