Hartley Hampton heads Hampton & King, where he focuses his practice on representing clients in their cases involving medical malpractice, personal injury, civil trial, complex litigation and professional malpractice. He is certified in personal injury law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and civil trial advocacy by the National Board of Trial Advocacy.
With more than 40 years of experience in the practice of law, Mr. Hampton has been published, given seminars and taught on subjects involving civil practice, medical negligence and product liability. He is past president of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, past president of the Houston Trial Lawyers Association, past president of the Houston Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates and a member the International Society of Barristers and the American Association for Justice.
Mr. Hampton is licensed to practice law within the state of Texas, before all of the U.S. District Courts in Texas, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court.
