My firm is split among three different areas of practice - criminal, personal injury and employment. We have three personal injury attorneys and four employment attorneys. Our criminal practice consists of five outstanding experienced criminal attorneys. Our employment practice has had great success in representing plaintiffs regarding small issues of wage and hour or unpaid overtime to control of a company from a sexual harassment/retaliation claim. The lead employment attorney, Jerry Emanuel has 30 years experience handling all sorts of employment matters. I have been handling employment cases for 2 1/2 years and loving every minute of it. Previously I was representing personal injury plaintiffs after spending 3 1/2 years representing personal injury defendants at Farmers Insurance. Given my conservative background after Farmers, the firm thought it wise to move me to the employment arena where I have thrived and I am very happy.
