Gian Ducic-Montoya

Gian N. Ducic-Montoya is a partner and Director of Litigation Operations at Albertson & Davidson, LLP. Her practice focuses primarily on cases involving Trust, Estate, and Probate litigation. She has stepped out and opened our newest location in Irvine, California, which opened its doors September 1, 2015—and is helping to oversee our expansion into our Los Angeles location.  Ms. Ducic-Montoya, a tenacious litigator, helped one of the Firm’s clients obtain a $5.7 million jury verdict in 2013.
