The firm of five attorneys practices general civil litigation in all state and federal courts, in the areas of insurance defense, business litigation, construction defect, employment law, fraud (S.I.U.), uninsured and underinsured motorists, real estate, landlord-tenant law, psychological injury, sexual harassment, personal injury, Americans with Disability Act, and general commercial liability. Pave & Bogaards carries the highest rating given by Martindale-Hubbell. Pave & Bogaards is committed to legal excellence, while keeping an eye on cost containment for clients. Attorneys at the firm usually return phone calls from clients within two hours. In addition, the attorneys give their cell phone numbers to claims representatives, who may call them after hours and on weekends. Written reporting follows any guidelines provided by the client. Because Pave & Bogaards prides itself on carefully following such guidelines, a client has recently assigned more of its trial work to the firm. Mercury Insurance became a client five years ago after reading a verdict in Jury Verdicts involving a recent trial by Ms. Bogaards in Sonoma county. Bimbo Bakeries International Inc. and Horace Mann became clients in the past year. The attorneys at Pave & Bogaards perform detailed and thorough investigation of cases. They are accustomed to multi-party litigation, in terms of scheduling depositions, court appearances, motions and the like. Lastly, the firm reasonably evaluates cases early, and attempts to resolve each case short of trial, whenever possible, in the client's best interests. The firm has earned an excellent reputation in the legal community, among judges, special masters, mediators, and others involved in case resolution. Pave and Bogaards enjoys a good relationship with the other members of the bar, because of their history of trial success and reputation for reasonable evaluation. This reputation assists in the resolution of cases in an expeditious manner. http://www.pave-bogaards.com
