Michael R Ippoliti

Michael R. Ippoliti has been practicing law for more than twenty years in Wilmington, Delaware. The primary focus of his practice is worker's compensation. In the past, Mr. Ippoliti worked for many insurance companies and employers. Over time, however, Mr. Ippoliti became increasingly frustrated by their focus on "profit" rather than the injured employee. For the past several years, he has devoted his practice to representing injured workers and their families. Mr. Ippoliti uses his extensive experience and knowledge to protect and preserve the rights of working men and women who are injured or become ill as a result of their employment. He knows how difficult it can be to deal with the insurance companies. His passion and relentless commitment are deeply rooted within his own working class family. Mr. Ippoliti graduated cum laude from Temple University with a B.A. in Criminal Justice in 1983, and earned his J.D. Degree from the Delaware Law School at Widener University in 1987. Mr. Ippoliti is a member of the Delaware Bar Association, the New Castle County Chamber of Commerce, the Societa' da Vinci, and has been accredited by the Better Business Bureau. When Mr. Ippoliti is not working he enjoys cooking for his family and friends, restoring his 1969 Pontiac GTO Judge, and target shooting.
