Mr. Bledar Cenameri, Founder and Managing Partner of CLO Legal Solutions,

has over 14 years of extensive experience in management positions covering in his span of responsibilities, legal administration, lending, risk assessment, debt collection and business administration. He has been the Founder and Managing Partner of a premier debt collection and asset management company providing high quality services to several international commercial banks and financial institutions and also Chief Legal Officer of a leading non bank financial institution providing financial leasing in the Albanian market. Mr. Cenameri has advised local and international companies on major transactions on the Albanian market having extensive experience in various law areas, with a special focus on corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions and venture capital. Mr. Cenameri holds a PhD in Law of the University of Rome “La Sapienza", Rome, Italy and is member of EUROGIT and of the Albanian BAR Association.
