Andy Gale is a veteran small business attorney who helps companies with the important decisions surrounding incorporation. The consequences to this decision process can be profound and Andy can help explain to you what results you can expect for your startup or established business.
Serving Orange County, California, Incorporation Attorney has many distinguishing features - making it a highly rated business and a top choice for companies looking for sound business law advice.
First off, Andy doesn't have billable hours requirements, which helps reduce the costs for his clients.
Second, Incorporation Attorney has a ground breaking new service called the Attorney on Call (AoC) program that allows you to pay a small monthly fee and call Andy whenever you want and get his advice. This allows our clients a cost effective way to contact us to get quick, sound legal advice to prevent legal problems while avoiding the ludicrously expensive fees associated with paying hourly rates to meet with a business attorney.
Third, the folks at Incorporation Attorney use technology like video conferencing, Skype, cloud storage, email, e-document signing and document transfer to help make the client experience easier and less expensive.
We have services that both create and manage your corporate documents. We do this in a way that meets the very specific legal needs of your company at an extremely competitive cost.

Established in 1987.
Mat and I met while we were working as young trial lawyers for the Orange County District Attorney's Office in 1983. Over the next four years, we became good friends and experienced lawyers. We decided that we could fill a need in Orange County California for young trial lawyers who worked aggressively for their clients at a fair rate in a client concentric manner.
Our practice now focuses on four areas of the law: criminal defense, personal injury, estate planning and all matters related to business.
Our firm currently consists of two lawyers with more than 30 years of legal experience each. We have a dedicated support team made up of paralegals and administrative assistants. Though over the years we have had a larger firm with many more lawyers and assistants, today's legal clients require small efficient law firms made up of highly experienced attorneys who can provide the right advice at the right time for the right money.
