He is licensed to practice law in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania and is a member of the American Bar Association and the New Jersey State Bar Association, as well as the Estate and Financial Planning Council of Southern New Jersey. He is on the Alumni Steering Committee of the Rutgers Center for Corporate Law and Governance. Russ also holds the FINRA Series 7, 63, 66 and 24 securities registrations.
