Before starting his own firm, Chris was a partner at the large international law firm Holland & Knight, where he represented both small and large corporate clients in a wide range of business matters. He focuses his practice on business law and has experience representing clients in various industries, including energy, transportation, healthcare, technology, medical device, entertainment, retail, financial services, securities, and real estate. He is licensed to practice law in Texas, Florida, and New Mexico.

Chris has owned and currently owns businesses in multiple industries, including advertising, food services, nightlife, retail, and real estate. These experiences have bestowed him with the unique business judgment and perspective that he brings to his corporate clients.
