Robert J. Baker graduated college from Saint Joseph’s College majoring in political science and computer science. He graduated from Thomas M. Cooley Law School, Cum Laude, and was associate editor of the Thomas M. Cooley Law Review. Mr. Baker’s Law Review article was published in the American Bar Association’s Tort and Insurance Law Journal.
After law school, Mr. Baker advanced his practical interest in insurance litigation by working as an attorney for a major insurance company and a plaintiffs personal injury law firm. He took an interest in no-fault litigation while working as an attorney at a no-fault firm then left to become a founding partner of one of New York’s largest no-fault litigation firms, Baker, Sanders, Barshay, Grossman, Fass, Muhlstock & Neuwirth, L.L.C.
