Additionally, as a police officer, Mr. Scafiddi was personally involved as an investigator in over 2,000 DUI arrests. In 1981, Mr. Scafiddi was designated a gang expert by the Superior Courts of the State of California. Mr. Scafiddi has testified over 150 times as a gang expert. In 1987, Mr. Scafiddi was recognized by the Superior Court of the County of San Bernardino as a certified Drug Recognition Expert (DRE).
