Shannon Cogan

Ms. Cogan litigates in state and federal courts, at both the trial and appellate level, and has a particular interest in complex motion practice and civil procedure. Ms. Cogan’s experience spans a variety of substantive areas, including contract, municipal, environmental, constitutional, probate, employment, and tort law. She litigates on behalf of numerous private clients, as well as the cities of Gilroy, Los Altos, Los Gatos, and Redwood City. In addition to her litigation practice, Ms. Cogan advocates for clients in connection with land use and public law matters, including administrative proceedings, and has counseled clients on the protection of trademark and trade secret rights.
