In a family devoted to the practice of law, R. Parker McFarland is a 4th generation Georgia attorney. With his practice consisting of over 80% litigation, Parker is a skilled trial and appellate attorney who fights to get the best results for his clients.
Parker focus his caseload on personal injury and wrongful death cases. Parker’s goal is to get the most possible compensation for accident victims to assist with their medical bills, pain and suffering and time out of work. Many of Parker’s clients were injured in car and truck accidents, but he also handles claims for those suffering from catastrophic injuries.
Parker and the rest of the legal team at Banks, Stubbs and McFarland understand how complicated and overwhelming a personal injury lawsuit may be--especially when insurance companies try to assign fault or offer tempting yet inadequate settlements. Parker McFarland graduated from South Forsyth High School in 1994, and obtained his B.A. degree in English at Covenant College. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from Mississippi College of Law in 2001, though he did attend the University of Georgia for his final year. He and his wife, Nicole, and their son and daughter, live in Cumming, Georgia.
