Justine Marren

During law school, Ms. Marren interned at the Family Law Facilitator’s Office in Vista where she provided assistance to unrepresented parties in family law cases. Ms. Marren assisted with the program’s “Divorce Workshop” and also assisted pro-per litigants with domestic violence restraining orders, marital settlement agreements, child custody, and child support issues.  Ms. Marren also worked at a variety of small firms here in San Diego where she gained experience in civil litigation, specifically personal injury, and insurance defense.

Ms. Marren began working at Wilkinson & Finkbeiner, LLP through her participation in California Western’s clinical internship program as a certified law student. Ms. Marren then returned to the firm as a law clerk and was later hired as an associate attorney. Ms. Marren has experience with all family law issues, including dissolution of marriage, child custody and visitation, move-away requests, child support, spousal support, step-parent adoptions, guardianship, and pre and postnuptial agreements.
