Mr. Miller earned his Juris Doctorate law degree in 1968 from the University of Cincinnati College of Law, where he was a member of Law Review, elected to the Law Review Editorial Board, and the author of three published Law Review articles. Mr. Miller returned to California where he was raised and was admitted to the California State Bar in 1969, practicing law in Hollywood, Encino, and since 1990 in Ventura County.

Mr. Miller has been recognized by the legal profession for his excellence and dedication as a personal injury attorney. He is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum and has received an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory, denoting achievement of the highest level of legal ability and ethical standards.
