Our practice is focused in the areas of Real Estate, Family Law, Mediation and Estate Planning. Real Estate: In our real estate practice, our lawyers can assist clients with residential real estate closings, commercial real estate transactions, and condominium conversions. Family Law: Each lawyer has significant experience advising clients with family law issues. We have experience with matters related to divorce, legal separation, annulment, child support, custody, visitation, paternity, maintenance and division of property. We also have experience with international adoptions, stepparent adoptions, adult adoptions and re-adoption. We find that this area of our practice is extremely rewarding and are eager to assist clients with adoptions. Mediation: It is often helpful or necessary for parties to try to reach an agreement on specific issues in their case outside of court. Mediation is often required by a court or pursued privately by parties to try to resolve a dispute before incurring substantial legal expenses.
