Practice Areas

Gregory Cade is a distinguished attorney with a strong scientific background, which allows him to effectively assist clients injured by toxic exposure and defective products. He serves as the lead attorney at Environmental Litigation Group, P.C. With over 20 years of experience, he has also played a pivotal role in shaping the firm into what it is today by expanding its practice from asbestos exposure to include cases involving various environmental contaminants.

Gregory Cade started his career at Environmental Litigation Group, P.C. in 1990, working as a paralegal while attending graduate school to earn his Master of Public Health in Occupational Health, Safety, and Industrial Hygiene. This degree has been instrumental in enabling him to understand his cases thoroughly and identify the most favorable legal strategies for his clients. During his time at the UCLA School of Public Health, he collaborated closely with toxicologists, epidemiologists, and other scientists, gaining a comprehensive understanding of how environmental contaminants affect human health.

Having represented thousands of individuals and communities across the Southeast, Gregory Cade is committed to helping injured people obtain the compensation they deserve for their unjust suffering. He envisioned creating a national trial law firm specializing in multidistrict environmental cases throughout the United States. His deep understanding of toxic torts, quantitative analysis, and environmental law has allowed him to build a successful career in a practice area often avoided due to its complexity, time demands, and financial risks.

The attorney’s dedication and motivation are renewed daily while working with clients who have been negligently or intentionally injured by exposure to toxic contaminants in the workplace or the environment. Gregory Cade serves as the lead attorney at the law firm but always ensures that everyone on the legal team has a say in how to approach a case, working in a democratic and diplomatic capacity.
