I specialize in automating the generation of complex legal documents by creating sophisticated document assembly systems created using HotDocs (software application owned by LexisNexis which integrates with MS Word and WordPerfect). Estate planning, banking, corporate, contracts, real estate, mergers & acquisitions and any other document-intensive area of practice are candidates. I also conduct high-end, legal-specific training in all Microsoft Office applications, conducting technology-specific Continuing Legal Education seminars.
This compliance bundle provides 33 hours of CLE credit including the required 5 hours of ethics, professionalism, substance abuse, and mental illness awareness credit, along with the required 3 Technology credits.
