Anthony DeLuca

Prior to opening DRK Lawyers in 2005, Attorney DeLuca worked as an assistant district attorney for the Allegheny County District Attorney’s Office.  During his time as a prosecutor, Mr. DeLuca handled a range of cases, including murder, robbery, assault, drug offenses, firearms offenses, embezzlement and much more. He also ran the Allegheny County Mental Health Court, handling cases for individuals with mental health concerns.
 

He decided to move away from prosecution and over to defense because he saw the need for experienced, quality representation for people in the criminal justice system. He knew he could provide that service, and that he would strive every day to do his best for each client who walked in his door.
 

Mr. DeLuca focuses on bringing a down-to-earth, personable approach to the practice of law. This is ever-present in how he interacts with his clients on a daily basis. What’s more, Anthony DeLuca makes sure that his clients know that he truly is on their side. He’s not here to judge you or treat you like a criminal. Instead, he’s here to take the intimidation out of the process to help.

In addition to focusing much of his time helping his clients, Anthony enjoys spending quality time with his wife and three children. He is a true sportsman, and takes any chance he can to get out kayaking, canoeing and white water rafting. He also travels every five years to run with the bulls.
