Born and raised in Louisiana, Nancy obtained both her undergraduate and law degrees from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge. Upon graduation from law school in 1990, she began a two year clerkship as a criminal staff attorney for the Third Circuit Court of Appeals in Lake Charles. After moving to Houston in 1992, she clerked for the Honorable Michael Schneider in the 157th Judicial District Court in Harris County. She then moved into private practice, where she has remained for the past twenty-two years, representing both individuals and businesses, both small and large, in a broad range of legal matters. Nancy assists clients with the purchase, sale, and lease of commercial and residential properties, as well as real estate litigation. She works with businesses regarding corporate formation, governance, and structuring, as well as various commercial transactions and litigation. Nancy also handles collection matters, estate planning, and probate.
