Marilyn Neiman

Ms. Neiman is a litigator with more than twenty-five years of experience. She has been cuonsel in many patent, trademark and copyright cases throughout the United States. Her cases have encompassed a wide variety of industries, including medical, jewelry, manufacturing mills and toys. Ms. Neiman has extensive appellate experience. Her reported decisions include: Brookhill-Wilk 1, LLC v. Intuitive Surgical, Inc., 334 F.3d 1294 (Fed. Cir. 2003); Metrokane, Inc. v. Wine Enthusiast, 185 F. Supp. 2d 633 (S.D.N.Y. 2002); and M.
