William Edgar

For over 10 years, his practice has been dedicated to family law—where he feels he can make the largest positive impact on people’s lives. He adapts his approach to the needs of every client. Though he is a trial lawyer at heart, he pursues every possible alternative to court in order to spare his clients the emotional and financial tolls of the court system.

However, when your future is on the line, Mr. Edgar is more than equipped to protect it. He tries 25-30 cases a year as his firm’s principal attorney. He also handles appeals and writs in the California Appellate courts, helping give his clients a second chance at an ideal outcome.

Mr. Edgar chose to practice law in Riverside because it has been his home his entire life. He earned his bachelor’s degree at UC Santa Barbara, and he studied law at Southwestern University School of Law. He passed the bar in July 1998 and has been practicing law ever since. In his spare time, he loves participating in the community—coaching soccer and Little League, attending church, and enjoying other activities. A family man himself, he is married with one young child and three step-children.
