AREAS OF PRACTICE 1. Levine Law. I also own and operate a title insurance agency, that provides real estate services in FL, IN, MI, NY, OH, and PA, in the following areas: a) performing title searches; b) attending real estate closings; c) issuing title insurance policies; d) residential and commercial deals; and e) purchase and refinance deals. This includes all aspects of criminal advocacy, not limited to pre-trial litigation; litigation/guilty plea agreements; and sentencing phase. 4. Contract Counsel for Debt Collection. This includes appearing on behalf of consumer credit card companies (e.g. Capital One) and/or debt collection firms to negotiate settlement agreements with defendants and to attend hearings against those defendants in an attempt to enter judgments of record. 5. Legal Seminars for Estate Planning. This includes giving presentations and follow-up Q & A to Nursing Homes on legal topics, not limited to Wills; Advanced Healthcare Directives; Financial Power of Attorney; Trusts; Medicare Planning for the Elderly. 6. Miscellaneous.
