As a result, his practice focuses on creating customized legal solutions which include: business and capital formation, mergers and acquisitions, commercial and business agreements and implementing personalized succession plans. John is one of the principal members of Insyght Legal, PLC. Insyght is a new business law firm dedicated to serving the needs of small and lower middle market companies. As entrepreneurs themselves, Insyght's attorneys understand the many challenges faced by small to mid-sized businesses and are exclusively qualified to implement customized solutions and strategies that address these challenges. He is a speaker and guest lecturer at various business and entrepreneur organizations throughout the state of Michigan, and he also works with various state and national organizations which serve the advanced technology, human and life science services and professional services sectors. On a personal level, he's a devoted husband and father of two daughters who loves the outdoors, organic gardening and helping individuals achieve their goals.
