Therese King Nohos focuses her practice on complex civil litigation, including class action defense. She has represented clients in all stages of the litigation cycle, from filing emergency motions for injunctive relief to arguing an appeal before the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals. Therese has represented clients in a wide range of appellate and trial-level matters in both federal and state courts, including disputes involving allegations of breach of contract, consumer fraud, employment discrimination, theft of trade secrets and other business torts, copyright infringement, and securities fraud. She is a strong proponent of pro bono work. In addition to seeking out pro bono work on her own, she has been appointed to serve as counsel for indigent claimants by the District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. Before joining LeBoeuf Lamb, Ms. Nohos was an associate with Mayer, Brown, Rowe & Maw LLP and with Foley & Lardner LLP. She also externed for the Honorable Rebecca R. Pallmeyer. She also volunteers her time to the American Cancer Society and is a member of the ACS's Discovery Ball Associate Committee.
