Mr. Fisher is a co-founder and managing partner of FSB Corporate Counsel ('FSB'), an innovative, cost efficient legal services provider. In response to client demands and rampant inefficiencies in traditional law firm business models, we saw an opportunity to create a new type of law firm/legal process outsourcing company. Basically, we gathered a group of highly qualified attorneys from some of the largest firms in the U.S. and created a business model that eliminates the unnecessary overhead associated with traditional law firms and we pass these savings on to our clients in the form of dramatically lower rates. Because of our efficiencies, we are able to provide our clients with highly qualified partner-level attorneys at rates that are generally lower than what you would be billed for a first year associate at one the large national law firms. We can actually save our clients significant amounts of money on legal fees while increasing the quality of the work product because we do not use inexperienced attorneys that require partner training and supervision. The breadth of our experience, combined with our innovative and entrepreneurial speed in the delivery of legal services, makes us effective and efficient in ways large traditional law firms are unable to match.
