Mr. Jeffery has been a Consulting City Traffic Engineer. He is a licensed Traffic Engineer (CA # 1179), licensed Civil Engineer (CA # 36644), licensed General Engineering Contractor (CA # 391026) and licensed Professional Traffic Operations Engineer (Transportation Professional Certification Board #197). He is Life Fellow of the Institute of Transportation Engineers (ITE) and has authored publications for ITE. He is an active member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, the Forensic Expert Witness Association and Engineers Without Borders. He has two offices, in the San Francisco Bay Area and the Central Valley of California.
