Roberto Bihar

Over the next two years, Mr. Bihar managed the firm’s high-volume, court-appointed guardianships, conservatorships and decedent’s estates docket and regularly appeared before probate court judges in Oakland County and Wayne County. Mr. Bihar also completed the Oakland County court appointed Guardian ad Litem program and regularly received (and continues to receive) appointments from the Oakland County probate court judges on a wide range of probate cases.

During this same time, Mr. Bihar was also the “go-to” attorney for the firm’s misdemeanor criminal matters and handled cases in Oakland, Macomb and Genesee County. Additionally, Mr. Bihar was (and still is) regularly appointed as a public defender for the 52/2 District Court in Clarkston, MI.

In 2014, Mr. Bihar incorporated Roberto A. Bihar, PLLC and became “Of Counsel” at Bagley and Langan, PLLC. In fall of 2014, Mr. Bihar was issued a Certificate of Completion for the Essential Elements of Adult Drug Courts by The National Drug Court Institute and was appointed as defense counsel for the Sobriety Court in Clarkston, MI. And in 2015 Mr. Bihar began receiving regular public defender appointments from the 52/1 District Court in Novi, MI.

Mr. Bihar received a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from Madonna University and a Juris Doctor from The Thomas M. Cooley Law School. Mr. Bihar is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and the Oakland County Bar Association. He is also a member of the Knights of Columbus with council #13600. Furthermore, Mr. Bihar was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina and speaks Spanish fluently.
