Ms. Chhay's honors include graduating with honors from Bryn Mawr College and thereafter from the US Davis School of Law, where she was a law review editor and recipient of the Witkin Award for Commercial and Bankruptcy law.  She is also recipient of the Medal of Excellence from the American Bankruptcy Institute.

Ms. Chhay has extensive experience successfully litigating against many of the nation's largest financial institutions. 

Ms. Chhay has broad experience with bankruptcy matters and extensive knowledge of bankruptcy law and practice.

Ms Chhay has particularized experience dealing with Registered Investment Advisor licensing, compliance, and transactional matters.
